PRIMACS™ SNC-100 הוא אנלייזר דגימות מוצקות מתקדם, המיועד לקביעה מהירה ומדויקת של פחמן כללי (TC), פחמן אנאורגני כולל (TIC), פחמן אורגני כולל (TOC) , פחמן אלמנטרי כולל (TEC) וכן חנקן כולל (TN)/ חלבון ביישומים שונים.
המכשיר כולל דוגם אוטומטי משולב בעל 100 עמדות, המאפשר עיבוד יעיל של דגימות בנפחים גדולים, ומתאים במיוחד לניתוח קרקע וצמחים, בוצה ומשקעים, מזון ומספוא לבעלי חיים, בקרת איכות מזון, לתת, דשנים וניהול פסולת.
המכשיר משתמש בשריפה בטמפרטורה גבוהה בשילוב עם זיהוי אינפרא-אדום לא מפוזר (NDIR) לניתוח פחמן וזיהוי מוליכות תרמית (TCD) לקביעת חנקן.
PRIMACS™ SNC-100 תומך בשיטת דומאס (Dumas) ומציע חלופה מהירה וידידותית לסביבה לשיטת קיילדאל (Kjeldahl) הקלאסית לניתוח חנקן, טכנולוגיית בקרת טמפרטורה מתקדמת מאפשרת הבחנה בין TOC TEC ו-TIC, בהתאם לתקן DIN 19539.
מערכת ההזרקה האנכית החדשנית של הדגימות ב- PRIMACS™ SNC-100 מפחיתה את הצטברות האפר, ומאפשרת תחזוקה מינימלית. בנוסף, המערכת כוללת חימצון וניקוי אוטומטיים לניתוח TIC נפרד. המערכת כוללת ייצוב טמפרטורה פנימי ובקרת זרימת גז, ומבטיחה דיוק עקבי ואמין.

The PRIMACS™ SNC-100 is a state-of-the-art solid sample analyzer designed for precise and rapid determination of Total Carbon (TC), Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC), Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Total Elemental Carbon (TEC), and Total Nitrogen (TN)/Protein in various applications. Equipped with an integrated 100-position autosampler, this system enables high-throughput sample analysis, making it ideal for soil & plant testing, sludges & sediments, animal feed & grain, food quality control, malt, fertilizers, and waste management.
The analyzer employs high-temperature combustion combined with Non-Dispersive Infrared detection (NDIR) for carbon analysis and Thermal Conductivity Detection (TCD) for nitrogen determination. The PRIMACS™ SNC-100 supports Dumas methodology, offering a fast, eco-friendly alternative to classical Kjeldahl nitrogen analysis. Its advanced temperature ramping technology enables differentiation between TOC, TEC, and TIC, in accordance with DIN 19539.
With an innovative vertical sample introduction system, the PRIMACS™ SNC-100 minimizes maintenance by preventing ash buildup. Additionally, its automated acidification and purging system allows separate TIC analysis. The system includes internal temperature stabilization and gas flow control, ensuring consistent accuracy.
The PRIMACS™ SNC-100 is powered by Skalar’s SN-Access software, offering real-time monitoring, customizable analysis tables, and direct data export to LIMS systems. This highly flexible and user-friendly software allows laboratories to optimize workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.
