SP2000 Testkit Robotic Analyzer

Ready-to-use photometric tests are widely employed in water laboratories. These kits are used for analysis of critical parameters in water and wastewater, including COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), Total Phosphate, Total Nitrogen, Ammonium, and Nitrite. 

The SP2000 Series analyzer is designed to accommodate 48 to 192 tubes in a single batch, and automates key steps in the testkits analysis workflow.

The analyzer can be configured with a second robotic arm for increased throughput. This additional arm can handle tasks like sample needle insertion and stirring.

Additionally, the SP2000 Testkit application can integrate with pH and Conductivity (EC) measurements. By assessing the EC value of the sample, the software optimizes the COD analysis range.

The system also allows for sample dilution and pH adjustment before analysis, leading to cost savings by preventing reagent waste.
