What is automated sample preparation (SPE)?
Automated solid phase extraction (SPE) replaces manual, manifold-based sample prep with instruments that deliver fluids at fixed flow rates across multiple channels in parallel — for higher throughput, better reproducibility, and reliable compliance with methods such as EPA 533, 537.1 and 1633 for PFAS. Choose the SPE-03 for general PFAS and environmental extractions up to 4000 mL in a compact fume-hood footprint; choose the Presto when you need high flow rates for large-volume or high-particulate samples (it loads 1 L in about 20 minutes).

Yes. The LUMERA system automates multi-channel protein purification — up to 8 samples in parallel with real-time UV detection and flow-through re-application to maximize yield.
