SKALAR Formacs-HT TOC/TN Analyzer for Liquid Samples

SKALAR Formacs-HT TOC/TN Analyzer for Liquid Samples

The FORMACS™ Series is perfect for fast and reliable determination of carbon species and nitrogen via high-temperature catalytic combustion across various environmental samples.

The FORMACS™ HT TOC analyzer utilizes high-temperature catalytic combustion for versatile and high-performance analysis of Total Carbon (TC), Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC), Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Dissolved Organic Carbon (DOC), and Non-Purgeable Organic Carbon (NPOC). Designed to meet modern requirements, it accurately analyzes clean waters like pharmaceutical and drinking waters, as well as waste, surface, seawater, and soil extracts.

It can operate as a stand-alone unit with direct sample injection or use an optional random access auto-sampler for automation, accommodating various vial sizes. Sample pre-treatment for NPOC is fully controlled by software, with a dual needle setup allowing simultaneous acidification and purging, saving valuable analysis time.

This instrument can be upgraded to include TN/TKN measurement and semi-automatic analysis of TC and IC in solids.
