Focus Gradient Generator
The ACCQPrep HP150 features a Focus Gradient Generator, eliminating the need for a separate analytical HPLC during method development.
Users can run a preset scouting gradient, select the target peak for purification, and automatically program the focused gradient.
Its power and flexibility make it stand out among other HPLC systems.
Additionally, the system creates high-accuracy gradients and low dwell volumes using dual piston, high-pressure pumps, allowing operation across a wide range of flow rates from analytical to larger preparative columns without the need to switch pump heads. An optional internal evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) is also available for compound detection.
